Application Metallurgy
The features of the software include to analyse the following :

Nodularity, Length, Perimeter, Area, Angle, Grain Size and shape, Depth or Width of Decarburisation, Coating thickness, Porosity, Phase/Volume percentage with display of over laid colors, Graphite Flake Measurement, Non Metallic Inclusion Rating, Particle Size and volume percentage, Particle Count, Comparison of images, Calibration of User defined magnifications.

All these parameters when analysed are provided with option to merge the result to the report being generated internally along with images, histograms, data overlays and other relevant information for keeping track of history.

Capturing of images to the desired location with option of image size settings. Editing of stored images like sharpening, enhancing, brightness, contrast, colour control, rotating, cutting, filling etc.,
